Custom Order Information

Thank you for your interest in a custom piece from Layla’s Lingerie! Before submitting an inquiry, please read the information below.

What I Accept for Custom Orders

I only accept customs based on styles I have previously made. This means I can recreate or modify an existing design, but I do not offer completely new pattern development.

Examples of customizations may include:

• Different fabric or color choices
• Different rhinestone colors
• Added charms or hardware
• Adjustments to coverage
• Combining elements from styles I already offer

If you’re unsure whether your idea qualifies, feel free to reach out.

What I Do Not Offer

• Copies or recreations of other designers’ work
• Replicas based on screenshots, Pinterest photos, or inspiration photos from other brands
• Completely new styles that require pattern development from scratch

I am happy to use inspiration photos to understand colors, vibes, or details you like, but all custom pieces must be based on existing Layla’s Lingerie designs.

Consultation Deposit

All custom orders require a $50 consultation deposit before design discussions begin.

This deposit:

• Reserves time for planning and design consultation
• Covers fabric sourcing and quote preparation
• Is applied toward your final balance if you proceed with your order

The consultation deposit is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

Minimum Order Amount

Custom orders have a minimum total value of $125 before shipping.

Because custom work requires additional time, planning, and sourcing, I am unable to accept custom projects below this minimum.

How the Process Works

1. Submit your custom inquiry.
2. Pay the $50 consultation deposit.
3. We’ll discuss fabrics, colors, sizing, and design details.
4. You’ll receive a final quote.
5. Once approved, the remaining balance must be paid before production begins.
6. Your piece will be created and shipped according to the timeline provided during consultation.

Important Notes

• I reserve the right to decline any custom request.
• Custom orders are final sale.
• Production timelines vary depending on complexity and current workload.
• Exact fabric availability cannot always be guaranteed.
• Custom orders take priority only after full payment has been received.
